Taking Action on Your Strategic Real Estate Investing Plan

September 3rd, 2011

Last week we looked at how to create a strategic real estate investing plan.  We discussed your goals, how much time you have to focus on building wealth with real estate, and what are your options are with different types of investments.

On this show we take a look at what to do after you have developed your strategic real estate investing plan.  Because we’ve met lots of people that study investing, sign up for expensive courses, and they even clarify their goals for building wealth — but that’s it. They still have not taken action or invested in a single property.

We all know that ideas without action are useless.  So, on this week’s show, we look at taking action. How do you take the next step? How do you go from knowledge to action?

Some of the topics discussed:

>> What type of investments are available today?
>> What are the most common ways people get started?
>> Are single family homes your best starting point?
>> The upside and downside to apartments and multi-family properties
>> Flipping (foreclosures, auctions, reos)
>> Investing in Syndications / Group Investments
>> Private Money lending
